- Installation – What is required?
- Installation requires a PZ screwdriver (VELUX sun tunnel model, year 2008 – 2010). VELUX sun tunnel model 2010 requires Torx 15.

- Which size does it fit?
- Sun tunnel by Lovegrove only fits 14” models and is not available in 10”.
- Which model?
- The product can be installed on all 14” models with product code 2010E1.
- Is a do-it-yourself installation possible?
- Yes, if you are practically gifted, it is possible to install the product yourself. You loosen 2 of the 4 screws in the light spreader approximately 15 mm. After that you install the fixture from the new ZTB 014 1001 and later you tighten the screws again.
Alternatively, you can contact a craftsman.
- Is it possible to get light in your VELUX sun tunnel by Lovegrove when it is dark?
- Yes, it is possible to buy a light kit ZTL 014L, where the light source is an energy saving LED bulb. The light kit offers light day and night and it is possible to install it later. LED bulb is enclosed.
The installation must be done by an authorised electrician.
- How to clean?
- We recommend wiping the product with a wringed-out soft cotton cloth where washing-up liquid may have been added.
DO NOT use spirit (isopropanole) since it will damage the gloss and the colour of the product.
